SEC Football From the Fan's Perspective
by Josh Moscow
I’m excited to be a part in this new blog about college football in the Southeastern Conference! Most of my columns will cover the University of Kentucky Wildcats and the Vanderbilt University Commodores, but I will be writing a fair amount about SEC football this season as a whole.
I’ll be honest; I don’t have much, if any, experience writing about sports. I don’t play...
Masoli heading to Ole Miss?
There’s been news recently of former Oregon QB Jeremiah Masoli possibly heading to Ole Miss to finish his college career. He was booted from the team in Eugene for two run-ins with the law. Some may question Houston Nutt’s thought process on this one, but in reality, the Ole Reb has no true QB’s in line to take Jevan Snead’s job when he leaves.

NCAA Probes Into Major Programs.
Many teams in the southeastern United States are coming under suspicion recently for players taking gifts from agents in various forms. The most recent player to come under fire is Alabama’s junior defensive lineman Marcell Dareus. Dareus is being implicated (along with others from UNC and South Carolina) because of a party that an agent threw in Miami’s South Beach. It seems as...
SEC Media Days Underway. →
Check it. Probably one of the singular most exciting times during the brutal hell that is the NCAA football offseason, is the SEC Media Days. Here is the schedule. To give talks today, Alabama and Mississippi State from the Western Division and Florida and Kentucky from the Eastern. I can’t wait to hear Urban Meyer peppered with questions concerning Maurkice Pouncey’s alleged taking of...
